Great value and very decent. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well supplied. Easy access to many attractions. The property is located on the "Red Route" so easy to avoid a lot of the congestion on 76. Property well maintained. The room coffee could be improved with a single serve k-cup machine. That way guests could bring their own coffee.

We purchased our room through the Silver Dollar City site with a ticket combo. I was very hesitant to book a local hotel versus a known chain, but I was not disappointed! Our room had 3 queens, perfect for our family of 5! The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. However the pillows were god awful. To the point we had to buy our own pillows after the first night. The breakfast was just ok, but can't complain for a continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

I really like the location and how clean the room was. Those were fantastic. But what's really the #1 reason I will be back is the front desk woman. I think her name started with an R.... I don't remember her full name, but she was SO HELPFUL and answered any question I had with such sincerity. You could tell she loves what she does. That kind of attentiveness and professionalism is what will bring me back to this hotel everytime I'm in Branson. Keep her and you will have me as a loyal customer forever.

I paid about $320 for what was described as a "mini suite" and it was just a basic, 1.5 star hotel room except bigger. It was several times the price of a normal hotel room, for essentially the same experience. Maybe their cheaper rooms are a better deal, but please avoid the "mini suites" unless you have money to burn. It's just a normal room with more empty space. I had already paid for my room earlier that day and I was just waiting for them to clean the room before I officially checked in, but they tried to charge me again later and somehow didn't see that I already had a payment on file. The ladies at the desk were also arguing the whole time I was checking in about someone who didn't show up for their shift and it was annoying. Overall a bad experience. The breakfast was good though.

We got to our room Thanksgiving night and it was perfect from check in to check out! Front desk person was helpful friendly and very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy! Pillows are out of this world! Will definitely be staying again!

The stay was awful. Horrible. There was absolutely no room service and when we asked they never showed up. We had to find someone ourselves. Food was tolerable. It also didn't change daily. Vending machine was crazy expensive and had almost nothing in it. There was a smell in the room that wasn't great to deal with. There was trash, candy, gum, chips all behind beds, and bugs. Roaches to be specific. I would absolutely NOT recommend. Also the girl at front desk was absolutely entitled and treated us horrible when we complained. I believe it was the manager named Autumn. From other reviews she doesn't take her job seriously, is extremely rude and is racist. So. Find somewhere else.
